To celebrate Auckland Pride Month, Lifewise is excited to announce its membership with Pride Pledge NZ. This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within our organisation and across the wider community.

In today’s world, where inclusivity and support for the LGBTQIA+ community are vital, our membership with Pride Pledge NZ serves as a powerful step towards creating a workplace that celebrates and supports all identities.

Through this partnership, we are joining a network of organisations that are dedicated to fostering positive change and creating safer, more welcoming environments for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Pride Pledge NZ offers a platform for organisations to demonstrate their commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, and we are proud to be part of this movement.

What’s Next?

As part of our membership, Lifewise is providing resources for all staff to show their support. These include Pride stickers, flags, and membership certificates, which can be proudly displayed in offices to signal our collective commitment to inclusivity. These items serve as reminders of the importance of embracing diversity, both in our professional spaces and in the communities we serve.

Additionally, as part of our membership with Pride Pledge NZ, we have access to a range of educational opportunities and workshops aimed at empowering both individuals and organisations to promote inclusivity, while enhancing our understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues.

These workshops are available to all Lifewise employees free of charge and provide an excellent opportunity to expand our collective knowledge and awareness.

Our membership with Pride Pledge NZ marks a significant milestone in Lifewise’s ongoing journey towards fostering a more inclusive workplace.
